We make all of our products in our Taos production studio. Most orders go into production the next business day and are ready for shipping two or three days later. If you would like a product to be rushed, please call for availability.

Returns: We will grant returns and exchanges on all unworn items except custom orders, including special colorways. Golightly Cashmere will replace products with craftsmanship problems but will not replace worn products with general wear and tear problems. (Please see Care Information for proper care of your product.)  Please send returns, included with a note indicating what you are requesting.  It is not necessary to refer to an order number, simply reference the name of the person who ordered and their zip code.  We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your order.  You may send it to:
